Testing is optional and available for U.S. residents.

What is the goal of the 90-day program?

The goal of the 90-day program is to help you lose weight in a sustainable way by improving how your body uses fuel—not just by eating less, but by eating smarter.

You’ll focus on:

Ultimately, the goal is for you to become leaner, more energized, and in control of your habits, with a clear system you can continue using beyond the 90 days.

How does the 90-day program work?

You’ll follow a structured, protein-focused eating plan, track key metrics, and meet for 2 coaching calls per month (6 total). We adjust your plan as you go based on your progress and feedback. Sometimes your plan will be adjusted based on the information we've collected from you like your lab results and your Hair Tissue Mineral results. This is all very helpful in making it personal to you.

What results can I expect?

Most people experience weight loss, reduced cravings, better energy, and improved digestion. Results vary, but consistency with the plan leads to noticeable changes. If we start well and get you dialed in well (all dependent on your health status in starting), you will likely see results within the first two weeks.

Do I need to follow a strict plan? Or follow it perfectly?

No. This program is about consistency, not perfection. Small, steady improvements lead to the best long-term results. You will learn why sticking to certain strategies is most helpful for your body in finally losing weight, and often these strategies come with tips and tricks to help you manage your blood sugar and fat loss. Often, this knowledge better helps you stick to things, because you know what you're doing and what all your choices (including lifestyle choices) are doing to your health.

Do we meet virtually or in person?

All follow-up nutritional management visits are conducted by phone for convenience and consistency. In-person visits are typically reserved for exams, including your initial evaluation and any follow-up exams if needed.

Are supplements included?

Supplements are not included, but recommendations may be made based on your needs. These are optional. Most clients spend between $75-$200/month on supplements to support their unique health. This is only designed for the initial treatment plan - which is often a 90-day period of nutritional, diet and lifestyle care.

Do I need to count calories?

Not necessarily. We focus more on protein intake, food quality, and structure. Tracking can be used as a tool if needed, but it’s not always required.

What if I don't want ongoing support?

You can just watch the videos and receive the guidance within the program. Contact us if this is your choice - support@juliewilkening.com. You can gain access to the video training and follow the program on your own without follow-up - this will change the price, dropping it $200. Although, accountability and a professional look at your health is very helpful.

What if I don't have time to cook?

We focus on simple, repeatable meals and strategies for both home and eating out, so the plan fits into your lifestyle.

Can I still dine out or travel?

Yes. You’ll learn how to choose foods that fit the plan even when dining out or traveling.

Do I need lab testing?

Testing (such as hormone or metabolic labs) may be recommended but is optional and not included in the base program cost.

Is this medical care?

This program focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement guidance to support your health. It does not replace medical care, and you should continue working with your primary healthcare providers as needed.

How do I get started?

If you'd like one-on-one support, start with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Julie. Go here for that. For one-on-on support you will receive a nutrition exam and Dr. Julie may want to review your recent medical records or request new tests. You will sign up for an initial exam here. For just the program and no support, contact us at support@juliewilkening.com to enroll (a reduced price may be offered). Once payment for the program is received, your plan and next steps will be available to you with inside videos and handouts and Dr. Julie and you will set appointment times to meet (usually after all testing is in and supplements are purchased and ready to be taken). You should get access to the videos within 24–48 hours.

Why 90 days?

Because real change takes time. This allows us to implement, observe, and refine your plan so you see meaningful progress—not just short-term results.

Is there a re-exam?

A re-exam is included in this program if you choose to work one-on-one with Dr. Julie and you have received an initial nutritional exam and Dr. Julie has performed a recent medical history records review. This is typically performed at the end of the 90 days to assess your progress and determine next steps. Additional in-person exams can be scheduled if needed based on your case and may incur additional charges depending on the circumstance.

Is there a guarantee or refund?

Outcomes in health care can’t be guaranteed, as responses to diet and medical changes vary. Due to the personalized nature of this program, refunds are not offered.
