Initial appointments are completed in your home (follow-ups may be virtual). Dr. Julie primarily serves St. Mary’s County, with a $90 travel fee for Calvert and Charles County—she does not travel beyond these areas. Please complete a 3-day diet log and email any relevant health records to Dr. Julie in advance. These forms will be sent to you upon booking.
