Dr. Wilkening excels in wellness care for women. She is a Doctor of Chiropractic and is trained in the field of Health Coaching with Transformational Coaching methods. With her combined education and practical experience, she has helped those who want to lose weight and avoid unnecessary disease processes. She founded the Habit Change Lab so people can get started quickly in making dramatic healthy changes. She also helps those who struggle with conditions that are complicated, baffling or simply not resolving effectively with the standards followed in medical care through science-based nutrition and blood work.
