Dr. Julie Wilkening, DC, CSCS
Dr. Wilkening excels in wellness care for women and to support the entire family. In 2015, she continued her education in the field of Health Coaching with Transformational Coaching methods. With her combined education and practical experience, she has helped those who want to lose weight and avoid unnecessary disease processes and health conditions. She has led others to success with her flagship Habit Change Lab. She also helps those who struggle with conditions that are complicated, baffling or simply not resolving effectively with the standards followed in medical care.
Her specialties include body sciences, nutrition, weight loss, and fitness. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dr. Wilkening is trained to help clients become more active and boost energy, metabolism and immune system with good nutrition.
She believes food can be medicine and you don’t need to blindly pick a health supplement but you can target symptoms and conditions. You can base it on your numbers from blood and other tests.
She also believes great change is possible for all people who desire to better their health and therefore motivate others and positively impact their relationships. This has a ripple effect in the world.
She serves clients through her virtual program with the Habit Change Lab so people get what they want in habit change and she meets with clients in her virtual practice, through email and over the phone to make change or advise scientific nutritional testing and treatments.
Her outside interests include traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.
